started to what to expect in your sessions.
No previous experience is required! Whether you're a complete
beginner or have some boxing background, I tailor each session to
your current skill level. We start with fundamentals and build
progressively, ensuring you develop proper technique from the
start.
For your first session, bring comfortable workout clothes, a water
bottle, and a towel. Boxing gloves and hand wraps are provided,
though you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Athletic
shoes with good grip are recommended.
One-to-one and group sessions typically last 60 minutes, while kids sessions are usually 45 minutes. Competition preparation
sessions may vary depending on your training phase and specific
needs.
All training sessions take place at Brandon Boxing Club in County
Durham, DH7 8PG. The facility is fully equipped with a boxing
ring, bags, pads, and all necessary training equipment in a
professional, safe environment.
I'm a Level 1 England Boxing Coach with over 50 amateur fights
experience. I also hold a Level 3 Sports Coaching Certificate and
a Level 3 Diploma in Sporting Excellence. This combination of real
ring experience and professional coaching qualifications ensures
you receive authentic, effective training.

Very flexible. I understand everyone has different schedules and
commitments. We work together to find times that suit you, whether
that's early mornings, evenings, or weekends. Sessions are by
appointment, and we can adjust as your schedule changes.
